NO! Days 21,22,23

My camera is ((gasp)) Lost! AHH! So, I had to "borrow" images from google.

So here is my Fabulous bedroom- Day 21-Where I sleep

There are a few tiny differences between this room and my actual room.... like my bed spread is green and brown paisley, I have a no show headboard, my closet door is a big mirror and my night stand is not as tidy. Other wise it is an exact replica!

Day 22- What I Wear-
These are my new staple in my wardrobe.
I <3 scarves. I love love love how much they can jazz up an outfit without a lot of fuss.

Day 23- My closet. Once again I had to improvise.
This is actually pretty close to what I have in my room, but I have big huge mirrored doors and the closet is actually bigger and more inset.

So Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I have a lot to do. We are feeding the missionaries tonight as well, so it will be a busy day. I need to brine, bake, mash, mix and prep for the big day tomorrow. we are also partaking in Black Friday Thursday---since we will be at Walmart at 8pm waiting for the doors to open at 10pm. This is just insanity! Why can't people just stick to tradition and keep it on Friday. Geesh. We wont be there long though, just buying a few video games (that aren't even on sale at Walmart, but we are price matching the crap out of them)  so hopefully we will be in and out and home in bed by 11pm.

A Few Thanksgiving Pics

There are my boy in all their oddness. Yes, Joe is holding a large car air freshener.
We tried a new tradition of a Thanksgiving Day watermelon, and well, it backfired. We should have know better than to buy a watermelon in November. It was suppose to be seedless, but instead there were little gray slimy seeds inside. Poor watermelon went to the wayside.

And here is Burt. He was a good bird. We brined him the night before in the infamous citrus brine, and cooked him long and slow. I stuffed him with an apple, onion, lemon, carrots, celery, bay leaves, and oranges. FANFREAKINTASTIC!

It was a nice quiet Thanksgiving day. We had Rex's coworker over, ate, cleaned, ate pie, and watched Polar Express in our tradition with hot cocoa. Everything is in order and the holiday season is in full swing!

Black Friday was experienced, thankfully Walmart was opened at 12am and I was home and in bed by 1:30am. It was grand. Pj's were bought, doodle pads price match and Zhu Zhu pets stakced. the boys are DONE! I have 2 little gifts to get and stocking stuffers and Christmas is done!

It's Just Sick

Happy Thanks giving everyone! Please, cook all day, eat all day, clean up all night, eat some more, then if you could, go out at 3am to stand in line to then shop like Handy Manny and Elmo are air, stand in line again and come home around 7am. Fun, no?
We were one of the sick this Friday, but I have to admit, it was not that bad! Rex was even sicker by going out at 12am to wait in line at Walmart. He made some friends while in line though and helped out those not knowing which to buy, XBOX 360 or PS3. Robyn and I came at 3am when the doors opened and the fun began! Oh did we get some awesome deals! We got Trenton and Joe DS lites for 98.00 (saved 60.00 total there) Radio flyer big wheels (we saved 100.00 total there), Uno Moo (saved 15.00) Handy Manny Motorcycle for Joe's Bday (saved 20.00) Bakugon combat set (20.00 savings) Ben got a leap frog learning table (80.00 savings) and a Fisher Price Wonder ball (savings of 20.00) We got all 3 boys PJ's for Christmas eve for $3 each, hoodies for the boys for $3 each, a blanket for Ben with a Mickey Toy for $10 and other items, that I cannot remember..... To sum it up, the boys are DONE for Christmas. Stocking stuffers will make their way, but that is it! I am proud of our purchases though, and am glad I braved the crowds.
Everyone was sooo super nice too! Even the employees! I am now a fan of Black Friday to an extent.... Pictures soon to come of our Thanksgiving meal!
