Poor little Evelyn has her first cold. She is doing very well considering, just extra snuggly. My to-do list is getting whittled down a bit and a lot of my big projects are getting knocked off my list. On top of this all, however, I am now sick as well. I don't have to for it, so I am ignoring to the best of my ability. I never thought that 4 hours od sleep would feel like a lot to me, but now.. I am looking forward to the days of 4 hours sleep again.

12:44am, and here I sit with my wide eyed little princess, literally, WIDE EYED.
She has been on a not so fabulous, not sleeping kick. I am begging, pleading, praying for her teeth to finally come in. The poor girl is miserable. So, we are hanging out on the couch, watching Tinkerbelle- Secret of the Wings.
These early hours really have me thinking. My visiting teaching partner and her family are over day one with their beautiful baby boy coming out of heart surgery. Are ward has been fasting and praying for them. I have been trying to keep them in mind, and not be too hurried to complain about Evelyn not sleeping. I am blessed to have this time, and blessed she is here in my arms.
Today marks 3 years since we were sealed in the Temple. Our homeschool lesson today will be on Temples, families, and our family's journey to where we are today. Rex and I are hopefully going to go to the Temple tonight. Rex has been sick, so the plans are still iffy.
Miss E is getting fussy, so, good night out there!

Zombie Mommy
I love my boys so much and cherish all the moments I can, but seriously, I cannot wait until they are a bit older and sleep more! Trenton is pretty good about sleeping, going to bed without a problem and so on. But Joe and Ben are going to be the death of me! Joe is just plain stubborn and will fight sleep until he just drops. Benjamin has only slept through the night a handful of times since he was born, and is pushing mommy to her limit! We have a good solid schedule with him of feeding him cereal with a veggie, a bath, lotion massage, bottle and bed. Still 2 to 3 hours later, he is up again ready to eat alllllll night long! Last night he played a wonderful game of lets wake up at 12am and stay up until 5am. Thankfully I did not have to babysit today, because when Trenton woke at 8 I came to the living room with him to watch a movie and crashed out until 11:30! YIKES! It was a scramble to get ready for school and get the other two boys ready (as Ben finally slept for 3 hours). Ughh I know this time is precious and I will never get it back but at this point I am not going to remember it because I am sleep deprived! Ok, vent over. Hoping to get a nap and let laundry laps one day.
