9 Months Old, Swimming Lessons and Joe Being Joe

Benjamin is now 9 months old! He is now clapping when ever he sees food, waves hi to everyone , loves to pull up on the couch, and is getting the crawling thing down pat! He goes in for his 9 month well check next week and i will have his exact measurements, but I know it will be BIG! He is wearing 12 month clothes already !! He gets his own little plate at dinner now too and has yet to meet a food he does not like. He loves feeding himself crackers and cheerios now and loves Gerber yogurt bites.

Swimming Lessons Day 1

I forgot my camera, but the boys had their first set of swimming lessons today. I was worried about Joe, as he is very particular about being around people he does not know. He did resist a bot at the beginning but warmed up fast and called his instructor "HEY LADY" the whole time. It was cute. Trenton did fantastic and took to the water like a fish! He cannot wait to go tomorrow. there was a scary yet funny moment though. Joe was sitting on the stairs waiting for his turn with HEY LADY on the kick board, when he stepped off into a deeper part and went straight under the water. He looked like a wet rat, but he stuck with it and only got out for a second to dry his face. I was proud. I think we might have to get a family swim pass and continue this!
