Yummy Stuff!

These things are AWESOME. They are my new best friend. They taste like chips and you get over 25 chips for a small amount of calories... A+ all around.

That is about it for today. School starts for me next week, have to buy books soon. And I have a cold. Thanks for sharing Liz :)

Ok, Might Be Starting Over Already

so, I think I might wait out my fresh start until the first week of February. Use up the rest of our "bad" food and really get planning for this.
Hopefully Mrs. Marshall and I will be getting a biggest loser contest started by then too! It is so much easier to get into shape when you are doing it with friends and competing!

Other than that, Rex is in for a short but hard week at work. He works a regular shift today, regular shift Monday .. kind of . He will work 7-3pm Monday, come home (he gets here about 5pm) and then has to turn around and be back at work at 2am, meaning he will have to go to bed at 6 or 7 and be up at 11pm, catch the bus at 12:30 am. He will then get to work at 2am, work from then until 3pm, and then work Wednesday until 10am. Ughhh icky icky schedule!! But I will have him home most of Wednesday until Saturday! Woo Hoo!

Ben is still not sleeping through the night, which is killing me! He just gets up to eat, but man oh man, I would LOVE a full nights sleep!! I am running on fumes!

Day Four... Can I Do This Alone??

Day four is going well, but I am very sleepy. I am wondering if I should get a Biggest Loser contest with family and friends started up to make it more worth while! It was great motivation last time!!

Other than that, yesterday was an off day. I was so exhausted and had not eaten all day, so Rex and i picked up Dominos toasted sandwiches. Bad Bad Bad Sara!!! I think my next grocery shopping list will help though, I can be more prepared.

Past the eating better and exercise, life is stressful and upside down as usual. Appointments, re-scheduling appointments, company coming over, company canceling, family being ... well family.. it is just non stop sometimes!! Bring it on! I will take the challenge and live to see the next day!

Day Two and Three

Day two was hard, because I had a bad bad migraine, and I usually eat comfort food, and pepsi (caffeine helps take some of the pain away), but I still stuck with it, and did not break my healthy eating rules. I did not get in any workout, besides lugging Ben in his carseat around for about an hour at the doctors office. Thats ok though, today is a new day. Did you know that heavy cleaning burns about 432 calories and hour?? House work here I come!!

Day One


Today, I woke up and decided, it is time to start fresh and make some changes. It has been 4 months since I have had Ben and where I have lost all my pregnancy weight, things are a bit distorted and I don't feel comfortable in my own skin.
I resorted to my old friend sparkpeople.com. A free weight loss plan with exercises, community support, recipes and much much more. It is so easy to track what I eat, how much I work out, and what I need to work on.
So day one begins. I have tracked all my calories and have already found out that our dinners need to become a lot more healthy! Most of my calories are consumed in that meal alone. I pulled out the sit up equipment, and found my walk in your home video. I am excited to get started. Let's just hope a baby is not to follow this time after I lose weight!!
