More Work!

We went to take another step into our house remodel adventure..........and as Rex keeps putting it, we opened a can of worms! The floors are not level AT ALL and some of the joists under the floor are giving and need replaced BIG TIME. So my dear hubby who hates creep crawly bugs, gets to climb under our crawl space (all dirt and wood) and put in 2-3 new joists under the floor! We also get to put in filler on the spots we cannot get level by screwing down the boards, with this funky putty stuff, that takes 24 hours to dry. "Don't walk on the floor kids, we need the putty to dry!" Yeah right! I so not know if Rex is going to make his Christmas day deadline!
