I have to give them a big old pat on the back for this one! Yes, for selfish reasons I am giving the Demos a big high five for passing a great first time home buyers tax credit for this year.
"The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 authorizes a $7,500 tax credit for qualified first-time home buyers purchasing homes on or after April 9, 2008 and before July 1, 2009."
WOO HOO! Looking forward to tax season this year...
