HOORAY!

I am so glad we have kept in touch with our real estate agent! We came by the other day almost in tears. He is in the busy season of real estate, selling life insurance, directing his own landscaping company and going to school (he will graduate in May!) . He pretty much begged me to proof his final assignments and help him with his 3 last projects. I told him I wont do the work for him but I would be more than happy to assist! So , I am helping with philosophy, Chemistry and financial Investment. YIKES! They are pretty easy assignments though, and all I am pretty much doing is letting him bounce ideas off me and correcting grammar, spelling and punctuation. In exchange this nice nice man is putting us on his landscaping route and is going to mow and trim our yard ALL SUMMER!!! Lucky us, because our lawn mower just broke! NO MOWING THIS YEAR... WOO HOO, WOO HOO. (Happy dance all day long!) Such a relief!!
