Nummy Stuff

My nice friend Lisa brought by a pitcher of refrigerator pancakes, since the boys and I have been sick. She also added the recipe along with it. It is SUPER healthy but tasty. You can add anything you want to it. The boys' favorite is peaches and strawberries mixed. It also is good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge! It is AWESOME!

3 eggs
2 cups buttermilk or sour milk
1/8 cup oil or applesauce
1TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2C flour
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/2 C canned milk
1 TBSP baking soda
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 tsp yeast
1/8 C warm water.

Mix yeast sugar and warm water and the mix all the rest together. Put in the fridge and use when ever!
