Trenton to me and Rex randomly- " I have been bitten by a fire ant, TWICE!"
Rex to Trenton- "I have been bitten by a fireman THREE TIMES. ........... It was very awkward."
Joe to Benji as they were building a fort "This is genius Benji! Pure Genius! What a good smart baby"
Trenton to me at dinner- "This is an awesome dinner mommy, really I mean it, I am not being sarcastic!"
Joe to Rex- " Hurry up daddy, get out of bed, you need to go to work, mommy has been working around clock on the wall."
Trenton to Joe " You need to respect the people who are bigger than you, and that is FINAL"
Joe to Trenton after our trip to California - " We will get to travel again one day Trenton. We will go on missions. We do! It is just what you do when you get big, it is the THING to do"
The Bateman Clan always reffer to their bottoms as donkeys.. don't know why.
We all have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor that not many people get.
The Bateman's are all avid gamers, even mommy.
When we travel, we all like to play the quiet game and try to be the first one to lose, and there are extra points if you are the loudest.
Every Christmas, we watch Polar Express at least 5 times
Our favorite game to play with the boys, is steal Trenton's pants and hang them up on the dining room chandelier. Then we go for his undies.
Manners are importantn. You will often find Joe in a headlock screaming at Trenton to PLEASE UN SQUEEZE HIS HEAD, or Thank you for not slamming me into the floor too hard.
Ice cream hardly ever touches a bowl or cone, we like to have 5 spoons and one carton.
We all (even Benji now) like to hide around corners to scare one another randomly.
