Should I put a disclaimer on my blog that says, "If you're on a diet or extremely hungry, DO NOT STOP HERE. Move on to the rest of the blogosphere and enjoy your tofu."? lol The custard is AMAZING. And ridiculously easy! I do recommend, however, that you let it cook a little longer if it's still pretty "jiggly". After 45 minutes, mine was still pretty jiggly, so I left it in for 10 more minutes and it seemed a little more solid. I haven't cut into it, yet (trying to be a good wife and wait for Matt), so I'm not sure what the inside looks like. The one I made last night was still kind of watery. Good luck! :)
