Mix it Up!

Our life seems to be in big transition. Nothing too altering or Earth shattering, but change non the less.
 We will soon have family withing walking distance of our home, which will change our day to day lives as well as enrich them!
 We are transforming our home, once again. Tearing down walls, painting, moving rooms around. It will be like a whole new house!
 We are also in the process of breaking some habits and shaping some new ones. We Bateman's REALLY like to sleep. Well, I should say, we like to stay up late and wake up late (  average 8 hours of sleep a night, but we wake up late in the day). Today we are going through the painstaking process of waking up at 7am after one of our usual late nights. But, this all means that an earlier bed time should be easier to achieve. It is not even noon and Evelyn is already down for her nap. Hooray!! I am exhausted and not the nicest person to be around, be tomorrow will be better. Rex is on a big purging spree, which is music to my ears. We are having a yard sale this coming weekend, and we are getting rid of a lot. I love getting rid of stuff. I am a minimalist at heart. We are organizing, rearranging, and reinventing how we live in our home and how we will. It is divine!
